Shipping policy

We ship Monday - Friday. Orders received on Saturday, Sunday or holidays will be shipped the following week. For items in stock, we will ship your order within 3-5 business days of order being placed.

Customizable items and special orders will take longer to ship, and we will include those details in your quote. Lead time for customizable products is typically 2-3 weeks, but could be greater, depending on the quantity. This allows our design and manufacturing partner the time they need to craft a top-quality product for you. Details will be included in your quote, and we will stay in contact with you to keep you informed of order progress.

For shipping destinations in the US, the estimated delivery time is shown on the calculated shipping rate at check out. This estimated delivery time is based on the shipping date, not the order date. All orders within the US will be shipped through UPS Ground. For expedited orders, please contact us in advance at info@planetagear.com. For international destinations, the shipping method details will be indicated on your quote.

Most US orders ship from Maine, USA. International orders may ship from New Brunswick, Canada or Maine, USA. A tracking number will be sent to you once your order has shipped.
